Our complaints policy
We are committed to delivering a high‑quality service to all our clients. If something hasn’t gone as expected, we want to hear about it , your feedback helps us improve.
Wherever possible, we aim to resolve concerns informally. We encourage you to raise any issues with the lawyer handling your matter, who will do their best to address them. It is helpful if you set out your concerns in writing, although this is not essential and you may prefer to speak with us by telephone. Please note that we cannot deal with complaints via social media or review platforms, as this would risk compromising client confidentiality.
If you remain dissatisfied after speaking with your lawyer, or if you would prefer not to discuss the issue with them, you may make a formal complaint under our complaints handling procedure.
